By Signing this Service Agreement, you commit to following:

Westport, County Mayo, Ireland

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the participant (“Participant”) and Veera Korjala (VekeFitness International, LLC) & Elaine Molloy from True Light Sanctuary, herein referred to as the “Organizer.” By signing this Agreement and submitting payment, the Participant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. RETREAT OVERVIEW

The Return To Your Senses Ireland Retreat is a six-day, five-night immersive experience focused on personal transformation, embodied self-care, and deep cultural connection in the magical landscape of Western Ireland.

The retreat will be held at a beautiful venue in Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland in October 3-8, 2027.

What’s Included:

  • 6 days / 5 nights in private or shared accommodation

  • Wholesome daily breakfast & dinner at the retreat venue

  • Sacred self-care practices with Veera & Elaine (energy healing, somatic yoga, embodiment practices, guided journaling)

  • Transformational workshops and energy transmissions

  • Day adventures in surrounding areas

  • Cultural immersion experiences

  • Welcome gift upon arrival

  • Ground transportation to & from Shannon Airport (SNN) on retreat start and end dates

2. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

Retreat Investment:

  • $2,600 – $3,500 USD per person (depending on accommodation type)

Optional Pre-Retreat Experience:

  • $700 – $950 USD (2-day exploration in Elaine’s homeland in Western Ireland, taking place immediately before the retreat)

Payment Schedule:

  • A $500 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat. Request 3- or 6-month payment plan proactively via truelightsanctuaryinfo@gmail.com.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

  • If the Organizer cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, Participants will receive either:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer their payment to a future retreat within one year of retreat deposit.

  • Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, illness, or travel interruptions.

5. TRAVEL & LIABILITY

  • Participants are responsible for booking their own airfare to and from Shannon Airport (SNN).

  • The Organizer is not responsible for travel delays, flight cancellations, lost baggage, or any travel-related disruptions.

  • Participation in retreat activities is voluntary and may include physical movement. By signing this Agreement, Participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own health, safety and well-being.

  • The Organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses or damages incurred during or after the retreat.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with fellow attendees, retreat leaders, and local hosts.

  • Participate fully in the retreat schedule to the best of their ability, everything is optional, however it's encouraged to join that the hosts have done their best to accommodate you and make the most transformational experience for you

  • Refrain from any disruptive behavior that could negatively impact the group experience.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant who violates this Code of Conduct without refund.
