Finland Post-Retreat Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the retreat participant (“Participant”) and the retreat hosts/facilitators (“Hosts”) for participation in the Finland Post-Retreat experience taking place in Tallinn, Estonia and Helsinki, Finland.

1. Retreat Participation

Participant understands that the Finland Post-Retreat includes group activities, movement practices, wellness experiences, travel between locations, guided discussions, and other retreat-related activities organized by the Hosts.

2. Schedule & Itinerary Changes

Participant acknowledges that the retreat schedule, accommodations, activities, facilitators, transportation arrangements, and itinerary are subject to change at any time due to weather, travel conditions, availability, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Hosts reserve the right to make reasonable modifications as needed.

3. Personal Responsibility

Participant agrees to take full responsibility for their physical, emotional, mental, and personal well-being during the retreat. Participant understands that all activities are voluntary and agrees to participate at their own discretion and risk.

Participant confirms they are responsible for:

  • Their own travel documents, insurance, transportation, and personal belongings
  • Informing the Hosts of any relevant medical conditions or limitations
  • Seeking appropriate medical care if needed during the retreat

4. Waiver of Liability

By participating in the retreat, Participant voluntarily releases and holds harmless the Hosts, facilitators, assistants, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, accidents, delays, illnesses, emotional distress, or expenses arising from participation in the retreat, travel to and from retreat locations, or any related activities.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical injury
  • Emotional release or psychological distress
  • Travel interruptions or delays
  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal property
  • Illness or unforeseen events

Participant understands that the Hosts are not medical or mental health providers unless explicitly stated otherwise and that retreat experiences are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participant knowingly assumes all risks associated with participation in retreat activities, international travel, movement practices, wellness experiences, and group events.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All payments made toward the Finland Post-Retreat are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Hosts.

7. Agreement

By registering for and participating in the Finland Post-Retreat, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
