April 10, 2026 - only 8 people accepted (7 left)
You may have done personal growth work before. You may intellectually understand your patterns. But in the moment of activation, your nervous system still takes over. Fully Expressed helps you build the capacity to stay present while being real.
This Program Is For You If You:
- Suppress emotions because they feel overwhelming or unsafe
- Stay quiet even when something doesn’t sit right
- Tend to adapt to what works for everyone else
- Struggle with people-pleasing or over-accommodating
- Freeze in conflict or difficult conversations
- Express anger passively, indirectly, or explosively
- Feel resentment building because you didn’t speak up
- Know your reactions aren’t aligned but don’t know how to change them
- Want healthy outlets for your emotional energy
- Desire to feel more confident, grounded and clear in your expression
Why Expression Feels Hard
Expression is not just about communication skills. It is about nervous system safety.
If your system learned that:
- Conflict equals danger
- Anger equals rejection
- Needs equal inconvenience
- Visibility equals risk
Then suppression became protection. Your silence, adaptation or reactivity were intelligent strategies. But what once kept you safe may now be keeping you stuck.
What Makes Fully Expressed Different
Most approaches teach you how to communicate. Fully Expressed teaches you how to regulate while you communicate. We work with:
- Somatic tracking (sensation, posture, breath)
- Nervous system regulation in real-time activation
- Healthy anger and emotional expression
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles
- Trauma-aware pacing
- Relational embodiment practices
This creates expression that is grounded (not explosive), clear (not passive) and
embodied (not performative or heady).
What You Will Learn & Experience
By the end of these 6 weeks, you will:
- Stay present with emotions instead of shutting down
- Learn to express internally and externally
- Recognize the difference between reaction and response
- Express boundaries without aggression or collapse
- Build capacity for healthy anger, fear, shame, guilt and grief expression
- Reduce resentment by expressing earlier and clearer
- Feel more confident in difficult conversations
- Experience your voice as grounded and steady
- Relate to yourself with compassion instead of self-criticism
