Our retreat venue is in the seaside town of Quepos which is only 15min away (one hill away like we say in Costa Rica). This location has cappucino monkeys on the beaches and trees, sloths and gorgeous macaw birds. There are plenty of multi-ethnicity restaurants with pristine ocean views, coffee shops and souvenir shops.

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the "Return to Your Senses Retreat" ("Retreat") organized by Veera Korjala and Elaine Molloy ("Organizers"). By registering for the Retreat, participants agree to the following terms:

Retreat Details

Dates: May 12-17, 2025
Location: Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica
Inclusions:

  • 6 days and 5 nights of private or shared accommodations

  • Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner

  • Daily Sacred Self-Care Practices with Veera & Elaine

  • 3 transformational workshops with Elaine & Veera

  • Day adventures on Manuel Antonio Beach

  • Cultural immersions

  • Full Moon Cacao Ceremony

  • Ground transportation to and from San José Airport (SJO)

  • Post-retreat integration call

Pricing & Payment

  1. Pricing:

    • Private King Bed Suite: $3,555 per person (1 guest per room)

    • Shared 2 Bed Suite: $2,900 per person (2 guests per room)

    • Shared King Bed Suite: $2,900 per person (2 guests per room)

  2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $888 is required to secure your spot.

  3. Balance Due Date: Remaining balance must be paid no later than March 12, 2025 (60 days prior to the Retreat).

  4. Payment Plans: Available upon request. Contact [email protected] for details.

  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • The $888 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

    • Cancellations made after March 12, 2025, are non-refundable unless the participant’s spot is filled by another attendee.

    • In the event of a personal or family emergency, participants may transfer their payment to a future retreat hosted by Veera Korjala and Elaine Molloy until May 12, 2026, provided proper documentation of the emergency is submitted.

Schedule

May 12, 2025:

  • 1:00 PM: Meet at SJO Airport for group transport (optional).

May 17, 2025:

  • 10:00 AM: Retreat schedule ends.

  • 2:00 PM: Group arrival at SJO Airport for departures.

 

     

Participant Responsibilities

  1. Health & Wellness:

    • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared for Retreat activities.

    • Participants must inform the Organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements prior to the Retreat.

  2. Travel Requirements:

    • Participants must arrange and pay for their flights to/from San José Airport (SJO).

    • Participants are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documentation, including a valid passport and any required visas or vaccinations.

  3. Insurance:

    • It is strongly recommended that participants obtain travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.

  4. Adherence to Schedule:

    • Participants are encouraged to adhere to the provided schedule but may choose to opt out of specific activities at their discretion.

Liability Waiver

By participating in the Retreat, participants release Veera Korjala, Elaine Molloy, their affiliates, and staff from any liability related to injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during the Retreat. Participants acknowledge that all activities, including excursions, are undertaken voluntarily and at their own risk.

Photo & Media Release

By attending the Retreat, participants grant permission for Veera Korjala and Elaine Molloy to use photos or videos taken during the Retreat for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out by providing written notice to the Organizers prior to the Retreat.

Agreement Confirmation

By registering and submitting payment for the "Return to Your Senses Retreat," participants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
