Service Agreement for Pre-Reservation

August 2026 — Finland

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the participant (“Participant”) and Veera Korjala (VekeFitness International, LLC) and Elaine Molloy (True Light Sanctuary), herein referred to as the “Organizer.” By signing this Agreement and submitting payment, the Participant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. RETREAT OVERVIEW

The North Star Finland Retreat is a six-day, five-night immersive experience focused on personal transformation, somatic embodiment, and deep connection to nature and Nordic culture.

Held at a serene lakeside venue in Southern or Central Finland in August 2026, this retreat invites you to reconnect with your inner guidance, align with your truth, and embody your light — your North Star.
Exact dates will be confirmed and communicated by November 30, 2025.

What’s Included:

  • 6 days / 5 nights in private or shared accommodation

  • Wholesome daily breakfast & dinner at the retreat venue

  • Sacred self-care practices with Veera & Elaine (somatic yoga, breathwork, energy healing, embodiment practices, guided journaling)

  • Transformational workshops and energy activations

  • Day adventures in Finnish nature — forests, lakes, and sacred sites

2. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

Retreat Investment:
€2,500 – €3,500 EUR per person (depending on accommodation type)

Optional Pre-Retreat Experience:
€600 – €900 EUR
(2-day exploration in Veera’s home region — a heart-centered immersion in Finnish nature, sauna culture, and local traditions, taking place immediately before the retreat)

Payment Schedule:

  • A €500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date.

  • Request a 3-month payment plan proactively via [email protected] 

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

  • If the Organizer cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, Participants will receive either:

    1. A full refund, or

    2. The option to transfer their payment to a future retreat within one year of deposit.

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage, trip cancellation, and travel interruption protection.

4. TRAVEL & LIABILITY

  • Participants are responsible for booking their own airfare to and from Helsinki Airport (HEL).

  • The Organizer is not responsible for travel delays, flight cancellations, lost baggage, or any travel-related disruptions.

  • Participation in retreat activities is voluntary and may include physical movement.

  • By signing this Agreement, Participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during or after the retreat.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with fellow attendees, retreat leaders, and local hosts.

  • Participate fully in the retreat schedule to the best of their ability (while honoring personal needs — all activities are optional but encouraged for a full experience).

  • Refrain from any disruptive behavior that could negatively impact the group energy and experience.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant who violates this Code of Conduct without refund.
