The Pre-Retreat involves being picked up at Shannon airport on Friday, Oct 2, 11am brought to a nice hotel for two nights and then mini excursions. One of them being a famous national park, Coole Park, which is where the literary revival of Ireland took place to see a walled-garden, an autograph tree with the autographs of William Butler Yeats, Lady August Gregory and John Synge amongst many others. There will also be an excursion to Kinvarra, a well-known fishing village and to the Burren National Park an area of archeological and geological interest. We also visit the famous Burren perfumery. We will have time to shop and browse the village and tea rooms.

The pre-retreat is bound to be cosy and a taste of authentic Ireland and will be lead by Elaine and Veera so that you feel well-looked after and have time to settle in to the Irish time zone.
