True North Finland Retreat - Service Agreement
March 2027 — Radalla Resort, Iitti, Finland
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the participant (“Participant”) and Veera Korjala (VekeFitness International, LLC) and Elaine Molloy, herein referred to as the “Organizer.”
By checking this agreement and submitting deposit payment, the Participant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. RETREAT OVERVIEW
The North Star Finland Retreat is a six-day, five-night immersive experience focused on personal transformation, somatic embodiment, and deep connection to nature and Nordic culture.
Held at a serene lakeside venue in Southern or Central Finland, this retreat invites you to reconnect with your inner guidance, align with your truth, and embody your light, your North Star.

Wholesome daily breakfast & dinner at the retreat venue

Sacred self-care practices with Veera & Elaine (somatic yoga, breathwork, energy healing, embodiment practices, guided journaling)

2. PRICING, ROOM OPTIONS & PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Terms:
Participants select their preferred accommodation upon registration, subject to availability.
Payment plans (split into 2–3 installments) are available; please contact truelightsanctuaryinfo@gmail.com to arrange.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

If the Organizer cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, Participants will receive either:

A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer their payment to a future retreat within one year of deposit.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage, trip cancellation, and travel interruption protection.
4. TRAVEL & LIABILITY

Participants are responsible for booking their own airfare to and from Helsinki Airport (HEL).

The Organizer is not responsible for travel delays, flight cancellations, lost baggage, or other travel-related disruptions.

Participation in retreat activities is voluntary and may include physical movement.

By signing this Agreement, Participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, illnesses or damages incurred during or after the retreat.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants agree to:

Engage respectfully with fellow attendees, retreat leaders and hosts.

Participate fully in the retreat schedule to the best of their ability (while honoring personal needs — all activities are optional but encouraged for a full experience).

Refrain from any disruptive behavior that could negatively impact the group energy and experience.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant who violates this Code of Conduct without refund.
