What if the way you've been responding to stress isn't who you are but how your nervous system learned to protect you?
Many of us move through life disconnected from our bodies, overthinking, people-pleasing, constantly doing or shutting down without realizing these are intelligent survival strategies developed over time.
In this intimate, trauma-informed somatic workshop, you'll be invited into a compassionate exploration of your nervous system and the protective patterns that may be shaping your relationships, boundaries, energy and everyday life.
UnderstandĀ yourself with greater compassion, reconnecting with your body's wisdom and discovering that safety, resilience and healing already exist within you.Ā INNER FLOW is an invitation to slow down, listen and begin trusting it again so you can be yourself fully in all the rooms.
During this workshop you will

No previous somatic experience is needed. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.

- An open mind and compassionate curiosity
Yoga mats, bolsters and props will be provided. You will be seated on a bolster, moving around the room, and laying down on the yoga mat during the wrokshop.
About Veera Korjala
Originally from Finland, Veera Korjala is a certified trauma-informed Somatic Practitioner, Yoga Teacher & Global Retreat Producer with a Master's degree in Kinesiology and Sport Psychology. Over the past decade, she has guided individuals and groups through transformational experiences across the United States, Costa Rica, Europe, and online.
After over decade of working in the wellness industry, leading fitness programs, women's circles and retreats, Veera's work has evolved and deepened into trauma-informed somatic facilitation, helping people understand their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, strengthen healthy boundaries and cultivate lasting inner safety. Her approach integrates somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed perspectives, mindfulness, movement and compassionate inquiry to create safe, non-judgmental spaces where genuine transformation can unfold.
