The Somatic Yoga Basics is a 4-part online course that guides you through practices combining yoga, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. Rooted in polyvagal theory and trauma-informed principles, this journey helps you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and cultivate authentic self-expression. Each class explores a different theme: finding safety, regulating emotions, setting healthy boundaries, and strengthening your inner energy. With gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and guided somatic exercises, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system, process emotions safely, and feel more grounded, resilient, and free in your daily life.
